02/04/2006 - Club Event with the Sons of Lucas Club at Morro Bay and Paso Robles 

The "Sons Of Lucas" Club assembled at the Station Diner in Arroyo Grande, joined there by a few of the CCJDC members.... 

 

 
Then, via a very pleasant drive through Arroyo Grande, San Luis Obispo, Los Osos and Morro Bay ........ 
   
..... we joined the rest of the CCJDC members at Spencer's Market in Morro Bay,   
   
and socialized for a while!..... 
 
.....before setting off via some beautiful routes to Paso Robles 
     
where we lined up our noble steeds firstly at Hall Winery................. 
 
...and socialized again! (with the help of refreshments).... 
   
..... at both the Hall and Eberle Wineries - A wonderful day was had by all!!

In case you are wondering about this shot taken at the Eberle Winery, - Eberle is German for a "Small Boar" 
 
Some more information (- taken from the Eberle Winery Website) 
The statue is the 93rd replica of the original bronze Porcellino cast by Tacca in 1620. And today, the original can be found in the straw market in Florence, Italy. It is considered good luck to rub the boar's nose and toss a coin in the water below.
